Amish Patel is a strategic innovator and founder of Conduit Venture Labs and Conduit VC, with over 19 years of experience across early-stage startups and corporate innovation. He previously spent 9 years at Microsoft, leading product and design efforts for groundbreaking technologies like Windows Touch/Tablet, XBOX One, Kinect, and Microsoft Band—translating research into real-world products. As a startup co-founder (Katalyst), he helped build the world’s first FDA-cleared full-body EMS wearable. He’s also held executive roles at VICIS, Proprio, and Fortive’s Innovation Studio, where he led AI-driven surgical navigation, wearables tech, and medtech incubations. His expertise spans hard-tech, AI, sensor fusion, medical and wellness devices, and IoT. He's a proud Canadian Computer Scientist from Toronto, and has been based in Seattle since 2007.
